We ate there today, first time in Boston food was good, can’t compare to others, we were satisfied. The service well, the bill was $96 (5people) we put $30 cash and rest on debit card. The check came back with the full amount applied to credit card. It’s hard to believe that the waitress thought she was getting a $30 tip. They fixed it now I sit waiting for the $96 pending to be released.
Fish and Go…. It’s too bad that this restaurant is managed the way it is. If wasn’t for the surroundings and the charm of Marina Bay they would be out of business. No restaurant could survive with the bad service and crappy food that this place serves up. I used to meet friends there for drinks and Apps a few times last summer but got fed up with the service. There are better choices than Fish Bones at Marina Bay.

Hit or Miss. I have had several meals here. You cant beat the outdoor bar in the summer…The food is either really great or awful. I have never had just an ok meal. Same for the service. There are a few quality servers on staff….but if you get the wrong one, the wait for everything can be painfuly long.
Senic, nice. Very scenic view from the oval bar overlooking the Marina which makes the trip worth it. The service and food are surprisingly good. Now if only the barmaids were as interested in the customers as they seemed to be with other employees. customers wouldn’t have to try to flag them down to get their attention. Which is difficult because they gathered at the rear of the bar half out of view for the hour we were there. A little more time on deck is needed here. Overall the Fishbone is worth the view.
