The food is good. Trust me, the service can be spotty, but for me and my girlfriend, the omlets, corned beef hash (homemade), and pancakes are worth it. It’s a regular spot for us as a nearby breakfast treat.
Never Going Back. Went here for brunch after the morning rush. There were three waitresses sitting around. After 15 minutes, the larger waitress dropped menus at the table, no offering of coffee. She then sat down, where she stayed for another 10 minutes. When we got her attention, she seemed annoyed we’d disturbed her conversation. She took our order and left again. The food was ok but the service ruined our meal. When we were leaving, another couple seemed to be experiencing a similar situation, they had come in and sat down and then forgotten. There are so many places in Quincy to go eat breakfast, The Early American is off our list.
