First of all – nothing ‘Punjabi’ about it. I understand the Indian restaurants in USA have to adapt to the local audience but I was hoping a taste justifying the name to a little bit more.We have restaurants serving better food around.We went there for our anniversary lunch buffet but were disappointed by the casual attitude of the staff. Happened second time when I went to pickup an order (masala dosa). I was completely ignored by the staff while they were busy enjoying some whatsapp jokes. I expected the food to compensate but that too proved to be a joke.The dosa was ok but the sambhar looked like spices mixed in water with some veggies.

They were very fast in their service , attended us well . Server was observant about our needs . So service gets 5/5 With every main course u order u get complimentary rice with it . It offers ghar ki tawa roti , mentioning just in case u r feeling deprived of it 🙂 Food was just average and quantity was worth the price . Food – 3/5 Ambience was designed to give Indian touch . Food is very good, the only downside I have experienced has been with service reliability. Excellent apps, great entree portion sizes, and the flavor is always on point. This is my go to Indian spot. I just wish the service was more consistent.
Food is delicious but service over phone orders for delivery is shocking. I have a brochure of sane restaurant which came in postal that says min order is $20 , and also I have order similarly on last weekend, but this time when I called they simply said its $30 as its night time. It was 9:45 pm and they were open till 10:00 pm. I am not sure why they don’t mention these variable charges. I think it’s your luck , who picks up the call.
Service is very hit or miss (especially on phone orders) but the food is consistently delicious.
