Small Space, Small Menu, Big Tastes. We were desperate to break out of the chain restaurant purgatory that characterizes Braintree, and this place came highly recommended by a friend. It is quite small but manages to squeeze in a comfortable full bar, a cozy cafe, and (somehow) a compact restaurant in this little space! Another nice surprise was the moderate acoustics – even with a full house, we could still carry on easy conversation. The food that we ordered was excellent, especially the duck with sweet chili sauce and roasted new potatoes. Desserts are all made in house, but watch out for the bread they serve. It is so addictive (especially with their tasty white cannelloni bean dip) that our table ended up gorging on bread and having no room for dessert!
