I had dinner here while returning through Logan on a recent business trip (and staying at the Four Points, where you’ll find this place. I actually ended up eating at the bar as I wasn’t interested in the whole hibachi steakhouse scene, and the dining room is reserved for those who are.I can’t speak to the dining area, but the bar area is prototypical hotel bar – it was pretty non-descript. Service was only marginal as their focus was on the dining room; the bartender was nice enough, but was splitting time between the bar and the restaurant and he missed half my order.I had sushi and edamame, which was fine but by no means killer. The total tag was a little over $40, which was fine, but again, I wasn’t blown away. I can’t really recommend it unless you’re doing the steakhouse gig – you’re paying for convenience here, so keep that in mind before you order.
Rdmerlo. Went to bisuteki saturday night sat with two other couples nice folk the chef comes out begins to cook threw everything on the grill.flamed the onionpreceded to cook shrimp like a rock ,.no seasoning on food no lemon no sesame nothing hand full of sprouts. we had fillet and shrimp as did one other person who happened to be an extra large gent .who the chef figured because of his size needed a bigger share.of everything.we have been going to this place for years.the bill comes and because we had a couponthey put 18 percent on the bill and then charged sales tax on the full amount . which is ilegal.the girl said matter of factly well thats the way the computeris set up.well this is my computer i will find other resturaunts and i belive the will lose the businessby the way we were in their less then one hour

Great Food and Entertainment. Located inside the Hilton Four Points hotel, Bisuteki is one of the longest running Japanese restaurants in the area. The main course is prepared in front of you in this five course meal. The pricing is pretty high but the chefs provide excellent entertainment if you have never seen this before. Each time out, you might see something new. Bisuteki itself was not as clean as you might expect if some cobwebs hanging off the vents. The chef actually screwed up the order and gave a portion of our order to the family seated with us. Plates were removed slowly but the waitress seemed to have been running drinks alone and at time we were left wondering if anyone was going to clear. Sundays is children eat free and that is worth going. However, during the week, you might be a but hesitant to go. The salad was basic with a nice ginger dressing. Their version of onion soup is actually quite good with pieces of fried onion and mushroom. The appetizer course consists of grilled shrimp and you have plenty of options for a main course. This is a good place to go with a large group so you have the chef preparing for you entire group. Parking was an issue because of the hotel. The best days to go just might be during the week.
Fantastic experience! I took my valentine here last night for dinner and was a little weary at first but upon getting to the restaurant the hostess noticed my reservation and seated us right on time. We had very nice maitai’s, nice sushi and both of our hibachi meals were cooked to perfection and good and hot til the last bite. It was a great night out overall an A for me! The only negative feedback I have is that I couldn’t substitute filet for swordfish in one of their combos but the food made up for it! The Ginger salad dressing was very watery but again not enough to ruin a great night and a great restaurant! I’ve already planned on going back!
Extremely accomodating… Have eaten here several times, always having the Hibachi meal. The service is excellant and the wait time is usually minimal. Most meals are under $25. and there are several choices. I prefer the swordfish and scallop combo. The chefs ar4e entertaining and very personable.I had booked a birthday party here and they were extremely accomodating.. The last time I was there, a couple at our table order 1 meal to shar between them. There was no fuss made and the couple still each received thier ownn soup, salad and desert. They only shared the entree.’I thnk the best night ito go is Sunday as kids under 12 eat free with an adult.
Like getting sushi from a gas station… a really bad gas station.
