Great Israeli street food in Salem but for it takes a long time to get to the table seems like things could be greatly improved with a few process tweaks.
This hole-in-the-wall looks bare, but the food is anything but. It’s fresh, tasty, colorful vegetarian food, but it’s a treat whatever your food preferences. The staff is helpful, pleasant, and efficient. A great spot to visit if you are in the area.

when you first go in it is nothing to look at. it almost looks like the back of a kitchen.but the food is amazing. the falafels hummus and sampler platter were the best ever. new york included
Great food. Very friendly staff. Excellent and prompt service. Not what i expected to find in Salem but it was a treat!
