Had a delicious lunch on a quiet Saturday. Quality and presentation were great, server patient with good recommendations. Some of the best hummus I’ve had. The sampler appetizer plate was beautiful and huge. A very inviting place. Will be back.
Blue Fez is a casual Moroccan restaurant in downtown Salem. The food is good, and there is a decent variety of choices. We especially liked the Mosaic Plate, a selection of vegetarian appetizers. Service was friendly.

I was really excited to try Blue Fez since I love Moroccan food. Wish I could say I liked it better but I really didn’t. The service was fine, it was the food. I have had much better.
