On a trip to salem this Halloween,we found this Indian restaurant located in heart of the city. Restaurant is big enough to seat more than 50 pax. There’s plenty of fresh light from glass doors. Owners and staff are from India and Nepal and speak in Hindu (a big positive). Found them really attentive and quick. We ordered Bhindi Masala, mixed vegetable, plain Naan, garlic Naan, tandoori roti and tea. Bhindi was outstanding- even better than what they make in India. Less oil and medium spicy. Mixed veg came in thick tomato gravy and slightly on sweet side but very tasty. Naan were thick and big enough in size. A bit of salt would have been nice in the flour. Tea was also as per expectations. Vegetables were served with jeera rice. What we liked about the service was unlike other restaurants in US and much like in India, we asked for the boxes for leftover and the servers packed it themselves. Very good food and great service experience!! #hereartigoes
