Had to go back. We had just arrived on Cape Cod 3 weeks ago when we made our first stop for lunch at the Marshland Restaurant. Wonderful chowder to get our Cape week off to a good start. Stopped back a few days later to try the lobster roll that I spied on the menu board on the previous visit. They are HUGE and delicious and so visually appealing on the grilled rolls that other people were coming over to our table to look at them and then ordering them also. I’d have to say they were the best thing we had to eat all week!
Consistent. All the years we have been coming to the Cape Marshland restaurant has always been consistently good. Breakfast, Lunch or Diner you can always be assured that the food is cooked to perfection. Service is excellent, wait staff are always friendly and the restaurant is clean. Oh yes, don’t forget to try the bakery next door.
The best clam chowder and lobster stew we have ever had! Amazing! The oysters on the half shell are perfect! Nice and cold and great flavor! Excellent calamari and onion rings too.
Stuffed and happy. They call them the best stuffed Cohogs in America. From my experience, that claim is fully substantiated.
This place is highly reliable, especially for seafood and the desserts next door super yummy.
I have been here for four days and eaten here five times. It is just excellent food! breakfast or seafood or baked goods, just great! A-!!!
Diner style with bakery/deli attached. Great seafood lunch. Great service. Keep a careful eye out, this place looks like a gas station and you may drive right by.
