Vine de paseo a Boston y nunca pens un lugar con tanta onda. Las meseras son todas lindisimas y sper atentas. La comida muy buena y los tragos espectaculares. No puedes irte sin probar Bees knees!
I liked Earl’s. They had a solid menu with a ton of options and a decent drink selection. I especially liked that they had all local brews on tap. My one critique is that it’s very expensive for what is essentially Asian-American bar food. It reminds me of a much better version of The Cheesecake Factory’s Asian menu.I’ve heard their brunch is great but there will be a wait.
Good experience. I previuosly wrote a review on Earls after going there for my daughters birthday. The experience was horrible and I wrote about my dislike. I was then contacted by Sam the general manager who invited me and my family back to rectify the situtaion. We went back last nite and had a great experience. All the food was fantastic. I had the seared Tuna and it was great. cooked perfectly. My wife had the mushroom al frdo and she said it was excellent. Another party had the steak and it was cooked to perfection. All in all the dinner was great. The staff was very attentive and the waitress was excellent. I told Sam that I would write this review and congratulated Sam on reaching out to me and trying to correct the bad experience we had previuolsy. Hats off to them. I will definately go back.12 Mar, 2015Horrible experience. I went to the Earls last nite for dinner and had a horrible experience. I was there for my daughters birthday and we ordered some apps first. They were good. Then we ordered 2 cheese burgers, a steak and fish and chips. The burgers were dry and over cooked. The steak was suppose to be medium rare but was cold and medium. The fish was cold. My daughter and boyfriend ate the burgers but I sent the steak and fish back. The manager asked us if we wanted any more apps while we waited but I declined as I wanted to eat my mealAfter a half hour we told the waitress to forget the steak and fish and just bring us the cake we had brought. The manager never came back to apologize after the second meals were never delivered. When we were done I was presented with a check for $75. I was shocked I received this bill. I would have thought that since we told them that all the food was bad they would have comped the dinner. The manager finally came over and j told her that I was disappointed that I received a bill for bad food. She started to say that it was the waitresses fault and I told her as manager it was her job to make sure the customers are taken care of. I told her that she should have offered a free drink or dessert instead of more apps and she said she was going to later. Yeah right. She offered to take the check back but I told her don’t bother and paid my bill and leftA truly horrible experience. all the food was terrible and they were told this and still presented us with a bill. Then tried to give lame excuses and blame the waitress. I won’t be go back. I recommend that you only order drinks here and skip the food altogether
WARNING: Do not go here. The food you order, which may not be available even though the menu says it is, is not worth the amount of time you have to wait (45 minutes at 5 pm on a Saturday….not even a dinner rush). Management used too much industry jargon in their apology/explanation, which therefore felt disingenuous. There are better restaurant options in the area.
It’s a muted version of Hooters…!. What they lack in quality of food they make-up for in stunning looking waitresses and hostesses. Food = pedestrian, scenery=stellar…
One of the best dining experiences I’ve had since moving to the Boston area. Went on a Wednesday night and everything was great. We were greeted with friendly faces when we walked in and promptly seated. Our waitress (Jennifer?) was great. Attentive and friendly but not overbearing. I ordered the half rack of ribs and my girlfriend ordered the 7oz sirloin. Both were really good. For drinks, we had beers but also tried a Cabin Fever cocktail. Again, all very good. We will definitely be going back.
Sprawling Night Spot / Bar / Lounge. This upscale chain of about sixty locations opens it’s first outlet in Somerville’s Assembly Row development – we stopped in for lunch today and were quite impressed with the design and the menu, a fascinating mix of Caribbean, burgers, Asian, modern American sandwiches, and many other items. Food quality exceeded expectations – my Hokkien noodles were filled with fresh veggies and packed a serious punch of spice, and my clam chowder was equally impressive with big chunks of bacon and luscious clams in a creamy broth that was not overly thickened. We’ve gone here for brunch too and had a very nice time, although the brunch menu is quite small, each item that our table ordered was executed perfectly.
