I’m from Tyngsboro, MA and I’m telling you, its worth the drive!!! There fish is sooo good!!!!!! I WISH they served crab as well with leguime; how my mother makes it. Which is unfortunate that they don’t serve every Haitian dish. I wish they did cause I know they would beGREAT at it. Other than that, their food is DELICIOUS!!!!!!

Great Food. I prefer to make Haitian food myself but when I’m not in the mood to go through the extensive process a lot of Haitian dishes demand, I LOVE going to Highland Cuisine! The food is well made and doesn’t taste mass-produced. Very few Haitian restaurants I frequent, but this is definitely one!
Griot dinner. 🙂 love the fried pork w rice n beans.
