I’ve already done a deeper blog review of the burger (very solid) and a few other things, but I’ve always been curious about the Monday night hot dog special and finally tried it last night. The house made link is grilled over a live fire and plopped into a house baked pretzel roll that has some chew and saltiness to it. The wiener itself is VERY strong on hot dog flavor; it’s the same as what we grew up with but as if they turned the volume up as far as it will go. Snap and juice, both there. Served with house made potato chips – thin, light, salty and addictive. We have another winner. pigtrip.net
