Great bagels but the rudest customer service I have ever experienced. The staff there will only answer your question with a one word answer. Plus when you do have a question they make you seem like an inconvience. Last time I checked I was bringing them business and putting money in their personal account. If I were you I would just skip right over magnificent muffin and bagel and head right over to Starbucks and get yourself some friendly service and a bagel.
