Supreme sopes. Went for dinner with two others, and the highlight of the meal was our appetizers. We got the plate of a variety of little tamales, and two sopes (beef and mexican sausage). The sopes were by far the favorite of the night. There were many other appetizers that sounded delicious. If you go, get the sopes!
Love it. I love this place. Really good, authentic mexican food. The tamales are awesome, the mole is great, and the pork with orange is so good. There’s also this delicious dish with pomegranate seeds that they only have for a limited time in the fall/winter so definitely try to check that out. I left feeling full but not gross like after most inauthentic tex-mex type places that fill you up on mediocre chips and salsa. Kind of out-of-the-way but well worth it.

Mexico’s city cuisine. The owner is committed to bringing sophisticated Mexican cuisine to the area. I particularly like the octopus in a tomato-pepper sauce and the chicken with pumpkin seed sauce. Worth going a little out of your way for, but don’t expect the standard Mexican menu.
