  Great Chinese Super Buffet. Food Goody is celebrating their 10th anniversary in July, 2009. One of the first of its kind in the area, they are still the best. Foody Goody’s has a nice variety of Chinese foods including some traditional Chinese favorites that other places never carried or dropped a long time ago. Their salad bar is excellent with a wide selection of fresh fruit and traditional salad bar items. Foody Goody has a a Mongolian Wok style bar where customers can select their own raw items (meats, vegetables and noodles) and have them cooked fresh in the wok with their choice of several sauces. I was pleasantly surprised by how tasty this was. There is also a reasonably well stocked sushi bar and a few American items for those who do not fancy Chinese. Foody Goody is not the flashiest Chinese restaurant in the area but the food is excellent and the staff is attentive. It is clean including the restrooms though the decor is basic and showing a little wear in a few places. This is a good alternative for people who don’t want to wait to get into the Golden Corral, They are about a quarter of a mile apart on Boston Road.
