Nate. Frankie and johnnies hands down is the best pizza, with the exception of the pizza shoppe, but i have been going there since the mid 70’s. what i do miss though is the way they used a big paper bag instead of the box thing they have now , that was their trademark! their pizza is soooo good since i am living away right now i can’t wai to get back. don’t forget the coldcut grinder …omg the best with lett tom mayo!!
Missed from far away. This pizza is the best i have had. i have lived in many states in the last 20+ years, including chicago for the last 16. Hands down frankie and jonnies has the best pizza around. The crust of a frankie and jonnie pizza is unique. Whenever i viist my folks i always stop in for a couple combination pizza dinners. i wish they sold them over the net, it would be easier than driving 900 miles.
Good basic pizza and…. With a good basic pizza and grinder menu, Frankie & Johnnie’s Pizza sticks to what they do best. Their meatball grinders are very good and the reason why I keep going back. There is nothing fancy in the way of beverages or sides but they have fries and a selection of bagged snacks. Most of their business is takeout but there is a small spartan dining area that is strickly utilitarian.
