Vegan friendly!. I absolutely love this restaurant. I get the same thing every time I go, but it’s definitely not a bad thing… They offer so much variety and it’s so easy to find vegetarian and vegan options. Their veggie sushi is phenomenal.
Absolutely the at the top of my list of favorites. I love the restaurant from menu to the decor and the thick paper napkin with the single stem rose imprinted on it. Friendly and a wide variety of choices, sushi, healthy diet menu, tempura and house specials. I enjoyed the General Tsos Chicken (Hunan). The sauce was light, not thick and syrupy. The chicken was crisp and wonderful with complementing vegetables. Not greasy or to much food. Water and hot tea came with the meal. The food and drink menus have more choices then I have seen in other restaurants. Try it, you won’t be disappointed.

Menu and query. I would love to see a menu, do they have a web site because I could not find one on line. Also, I am going for the first time this friday on a date, is this a good 1st date place??
Delish pad Thai and Kung pow chicken
Very nice, very fresh taste ( we eat Chinese A LOT ) and this one is very good
The most sophisticated Chinese cuisine in Springfield. They have a wide variety of dishes and many are not commonly available in Springfield. I especially enjoy the many different appetizers and soups. I love their house specialties menu since it is not your average fare and offers several combination dishes. There is an excellent combination vegetarian dish with fried tofu in a Szechuan style hot sauce with aspargus and other vegetables delightfully sauted in another a milder sauce. Their crispy shrimp has morphed over the years into a Tempura style shrimp which is good but has a bit more breading than I would care for. I am not a fan of sushi but my friends who do, enjoy the sushi.Ginger Blossom has been in business for several years and is quit popular. The dining room is very elegant except for a few spots on the wall and the carpet that are showing some wear and tear.
