Great place. The amazing staff is mirrored by the food they make. So friendly and helpful along with such great food makes this place our go to.
I was here with a family member.Easily the worst experience I have ever had. Today December 15th 2013, We had a reservation for 2 at 6pm. We sat at a table for hibachi and were asked to move because of space for another reservation for 6. Long story short we were moved 3 times (the last time while we were eating). We did not get our food till 7:45pm. Worst experience. To make it worse, the waitress and staff were hovering over us as I was handed my bill, watching to see what we would leave for a tip. Unbelievable. I strongly suggest going anywhere else but here. I am infuriated. Not only did I have a bad experience, but listening over to other tables, they seemed to show the same sentiment. Ps: tell them you’re using a groupon, and they will give you ZERO respect.
The worst Japanese I have had. Japanese food, especially hibachi, has been a long time favorite. I stumbled upon this place through a Groupon offer, and let me tell you this; If it was not for two coupons that I purchased I would have never returned here. The hibachi is sub-par. The second time that I went I sat at a dinner table and ordered beef negamaki. It was the worst thing I have tasted in a long time. I did not finish it. My date has chicken teriyaki and it was equally as bad. I don’t believe that their chef has proper training. Their hibachi tricks do not make up for the lack of taste. My recommendation; Avoid if all possible!!
I would never eat there again! The food was good but WAY over priced for what you got. Tokyo Asian fustian is so much better. There was 4 of us and it was $250.00 with a groupons. My sister didn’t finish her sushi and got it wrapped to go but when we got home they didn’t even give her all her sushi after paying about $13 a roll! No wonder they were featured on groupons there over priced and we were the only ones in there and they didn’t even entertain that much and when they did the dropped the egg on the table getting it all over instead of on the hibachi grill. Don’t waste your money!!!
Good Food– Sketchy Groupon Menu. First off, the food here was great. Ample portion of Filet Mignon, and my wife ordered Shrimp. The problem was, the Groupon allowed for up to $65 in food, however there was no way to order that much food, using the Groupon Menu they so cleverly created. Do not put a Groupon out there portraying a promotional offer for all of the options anyone can order, if you are going to take a portion of that menu, and eliminate it from reach for anyone who comes in with a Groupon. That, and she tried to discourage us from waiting the hour (we did not call for reservations), as she knew the groupon was expiring in two days. We would go again, however it is dishonest the way they portrayed the $32 couples dinner for a $64 value, when you cannot possibly order that much food on the limited menu they created (choose one entree, cannot choose any other options).
Good Food, Lousy Policy. My wife and I had a groupon that we used at the resturant. The groupon allowed us 65.00 in food. However once there, we were given a Groupon Menu (Funny, they never stated that in the coupon discriptions)The food was good and ample proportions, and I would rate them high except for one thing. They added the tip to the bill. There were two of us. I understand on party’s of 6 it’s customary to add 18% to the bill but for two poeple? I don’t think so.We didn’t get a choice of soup or salad, It was one kind and that was it.Would I go back? Not Likely, there are numerous other choices in the area, and I like to be able to dictate to the resturant if I feel their service was worth it.
Good Stuff. I’m not the sushi kind of guy but the habachi there is awesome! They give you a substantial amount of food if you order habach, I gotta recommend the Filet Mignon habachi. I have eaten at other places before and so far I think this is by far the best one yet. The chefs are great, they also serve sushi as well but I prefer cooked food. You’ll love this place, if you don’t like sushi then you gotta try the habachi atleast!
