Not a Place for NBA Fans on Gamenight. On the map this looked like a good place to go watch the NBA conference finals in public, but despite the fact that it’s next door to the HOF, there was no basketball culture to be found in this bar. I had to ask twice to get the bartender to put the NBA game on one of the TVs because she forgot. The food was like a lot of other $14 burgers you find at corporate American chain restaurants that pop up around malls, casinos, and planned development complexes like this one.

The pickles that are served are by far amazing! I always order the 3 Shroom Burger and have yet to be disappointed. The fried pickles and peppers are good too. They get my vote.

Waited one hour for food. Even though we were not charged, this place sucks. Food quality was bad, mussels were dried out, chili cold. Did not eat anything.
Delicious!!. My husband and I have eaten at the Springfield location twice, and the East Hartford location once. Each time the service was AWESOME, at both locations. The waitresses are very attentive, but not over bearing and in your face every few minutes. The waitresses usually make recommendations as to what they have had and for other tasty items on their menu. My husband enjoys the Cuban burger; Ive had the blue cheese burger (I had to add bacon of course). The burgers are big, defiantly enough for leftovers, unless of course you are that hungry. They can be messy…but to me if your food isnt a little messy while eating, its just not good. You may think that prices are a little high for burgers, but it is well worth the delicious meal…and if you have to wait, its worth the wait as well.
I got the new englander and it was delicious. I loved their sweet potato fries. I brought 4 other people with me and they all loved the quality of the food. There is a huge difference between processed and organic food in our eyes now. Thanks plan b! – just visiting from Tucson.
My first time here. The food was pretty good but the service was extremely slow. I’ll give it another shot but the service has got to better.
