Good pizza, excellent grinders. Haven’t eaten from there in a bit, but that isn’t by choice. My last job, used to order delivery from them a few times a week. While the pasta meals are good, you are only cheating yourself if you don’t enjoy a COLD grinder from them. The quality of their bread is a clear step above the competition. I wish I worked or lived closer so I could eat there more often.

Went to Sianos for lunch. They were doing a brisk take out grinder business. It appears like the lunch crowd is mostly take-out. We decided to eat in and both ordered a lunch portion of lasagna for $7.00. They took our orders at the counter and then we sat down in a booth. After about 8 minutes, the men working the kitchen brought out some wonderful fresh baked, warm bread sticks with a nice crunchy crust and a salad that had sliced tomatos and a blend of iceburg and romaine lettuce. The salad was not bad and a more appealing over the usual salad made from the veggies used to make grinders. The lasagna showed up about 8 minutes later. The lunch portion was generous and it would suit me just fine for dinner. The lasagna was just the right temperature and with moist pasta and lots of meat and cheese. Unforuately the sauce was nothing special, otherwise, I would be raving about it. The Siano’s dining room is comfortable, clean and very attractive with beautiful tile work and sky lights. It is a small room with the two entrance doors in the middle so it could be a little drafty in winter.
Good food. Cozy enviornment. Beautiful enterior design. Friendly and fast service. Good portions. Great tasting food. love the BBQ wings!
Great Italian Great Pizza. Dine in or Take out, they even Deliver. Sauce is great, Pizza is delicious and the pasta dishes are very good.
Siano’s. They have one of the best pizzas in the Springfield area and at a reasonable price. Also every grinder we have tried has been excellent. Their salads are always fresh and crisp and tasty.
