  Okay Service- Low Grade Food. The Food at Vinh Chau used to be one of the best around Springfield Area, But since the transition of the new owner, it has gone downhill. The food id thrown together at the last minutes, less authentic, and tastes like it had been re-heated in the microwaves. The Pho no longer is a water broth and tastes like instant cup noodles! They also cheat you on the combination Pho, gives you really low quantity and quality food!

  Don’t judge this restraunt by its outside. It is clean and nice inside. Food was great. And size portions were amazing for the price. Awesome service and the waiter will help you pick what you want just ask! Better than pho Saigon across the street. Try this place you will love it.

  Very good, authentic, and nicely priced. Vinh Chau is a great mom and pop style Vietnamese restaurant. The food is very fresh and flavorful and not overly expensive. You can get a large bowl of pho for $6.50, for instance. The food is much better and less expensive than Pho Saigon across the street, but the atmosphere is much more down-home. If you are looking for a more elegant date-style place, try Pho Saigon. But if you like fresh home-style cooking in an unpretentious atmosphere with friendly, young, helpful waiters, then this is the place for you. (The big-screen TV is always on, though.) The portions are quite large. Every time I have eaten here, there have been a few Vietnamese people from the neighborhood. Be sure to lock your car in this neighborhood– the X– though– as there is a lot of crime.
