B.T’s Smokehouse has delicious food and generous portions! The food is addicting! Collard greens, baked beans,marcaroni and cheese to die for and sweet sweet delicious cornbread.Make room in your tummy for smoked St.Luis style ribs,beef brisket and pulled pork! We drive a little over a half hour just to satisfy our Smokehouse cravings. Oh and great service also. They get really buisy at times but theyr experts at ganfkeing things:) good luck and good eats! Enjoy
Brisket is absolute best!!!! I have been to others dry. Overcooked and drowning in condiments not here the best!!! Even had some in Texas not as good
Delish!. I was dragged here by a colleague while at a conference in Sturbridge. Absolutely wonderful. After raving to friends, I was able to introduce them to the wonderfulness at the Wachusett Mountain BBQ Fest. Hands down the best Q we ate all day! And my husband is addicted to their jerky! The sides didn’t wow me, but I’m there for the meat. Did enjoy the slaw and love all the sauce options and condiments available.
