I don’t like Kaizen, I LOVE Kaizen. This is by far my favorite sushi restaurant around my neck of the woods. Rolls I personally suggest ( in order) would be; The Century Roll (filet Minton wrapped in Lobater!) Sturbridge Maki ( deep fried goodness, I’ve converted many non- sushi people with this one) and of course the Spider, Alaskan, and Beetle. Start off with those and you won’t be disappointed.

I love Kaizen and it’s sister restaraunt, Kai in Worcester. Best sushi in town, I find everything on the menu enjoyable, my favorites are the sushi and the tempura. It’s inexpensive and low key.

Enjoyable. This is my favorite to go place for sushi! Everything I have tried here has been very tasty. The service is fine and I like the decor. This is the perfect place for having a nice lunch as they have a lunch special and the food is light, so it won’t make you feel as if you had swallowed a lead ball!

Great food and casual atmosphere…best steak in Sturbridge.

Good for those learning about sushi. Recently went there based on a recommendation from a friend. Decent sushi for those who are learning. A bit pricy for what you get. I would travel to Worchester to compare.

Fantastic fresh food!. The best restaurant in Sturbridge. You don’t have to be a suishi fan to love Kaizen. Wonderful selections and the freshest seafood ever. I liked the cooked seafood as well as the non-seafood selections. Fantastic lobster bisque, great ginger salad dressing as well as really fresh seafood.Desserts are wonderful if you have room left! Pleasant cozy atmosphere. Good selections of wine.
