Winston and his crew are gone! The new menu is completely different. Food has no taste, chicken fingers were saturated in grease, chicken was tough, beef teriyaki had no flavor, boneless spareribs dry and tough to chew. Spare ribs on the bone were inedible. Lobster sauce was watery and had mushrooms and big frozen style peas in it. The fried rice lacked flavor and was full of peas and uncooked bean sprouts. Sad day for those who loved the old Jade Garden. I’d be surprised if they last six months to a year. Too bad, they could have continued on with the old menu and cooking style.
