I purchased cookies from Fancypants bakery for my sons wedding. The 1st order arrived and was entirely wrong. The only thing that was correct was the shape of the cookie. The colors and names were completely wrong. They did resend another 150 cookies within 24hrs. The only problem was they were wrong once again. I’m not sure what the problem was as they were very simple designs. I spoke with Justin Housman throughout this entire problem. He was very polite at 1st then became very rude after the 2nd batch was wrong. He refused to refund any amount of the purchase. I would beware of Fancypants bakery. VERY VERY disappointed.
