Terrible service, awful treatment of customers. The last two times I have dealt with Tara have ended up with them messing up my order because they didn’t have something I’d ordered through Foodler. Both times ended with them yelling at me over the phone, blaming me for the mixup, and this last time they tried to deliver a half order to me. I refused the order because what am I going to do, feed half my family? The driver even agreed with me. Now, they are refusing to credit my card, so in essence they are trying to keep my money after botching my order. I’m going to have to deal with this legally now, over $30 they are going to be sued, and lose a customer forever? That’s been my experience with them twice now. I should have learned the first time. I’ve heard and read many stories of them doing bait and switch on pricing, and pulling this sort of thing on many other people. Do yourself a favor and go to another restaurant. These people are thieves.
