Customer service isn’t a concern. This place is a dump. The service is easily the worst service I have ever had, from the waiting staff right down to the management. Typical bar owner like many others I have seen in the past and clearly not a business man. About a quarter of the restaurant is taken up by a pool table. This has to be about the worst investment in restaurant space I have seen. So many other places in greater Boston to choose from. Not going back.
GEM in Watertown!. If you are looking for mouthwatering delectable food, yummy drinks and the best place for a mixed crowd- this is the place to be! I recently hosted my birthday party at Asiana Fusion and the food, drinks and the service was just AMAZING! May I add there is also FREE parking! I was able to accommodate the folks who wanted to sit back, rest and enjoy the food in the dining area. On the bar side, the dcor gives you the flair of a lounge atmosphere where people can relax and enjoy the music and stylish drinks. But dont let the chic scene fool you- since once the flat screen lights up this place can also turn into an incredible sports and a karaoke bar! Truly a gem in Watertown! Thanks for hosting a great party for me!!! : )
Fresh!. This recent addition to the otherwise boring dining scene in Watertown is amazing. The food is fresh, tasty and varied. Whether you order the time tested spring rolls or opt for the slightly different kimchi pancakes, you cannot go wrong. Beside who can beat a few flatscreen tvs and delicious martinis!! Highly recommended.
A+ = Asiana Fusion. They have free internet access and serve excellent martinis and offer top shelf libations, but most importantly… they make you feel at home!
