My buddies and I decided to swing by UG for brunch after a night of excessive drinking. Two of us got breakfast burritos and home fries. I kid you not, these torpedoes of meat, eggs, beans, and rice had to be 2 pounds. It came with sour cream and guac too. These burritos padded our barren bellies with the necessities to begin the day. The third guy got a berry stuffed ricotta French toast and his smile was contagious. We got some playful sass from our waitress which was enjoyable for all. Overall, a good time, tasty food, and a great start to the day at 11am.

Great lattes, pancakes are always amazing, great selection on the menu and the people are great. Excellent local family restaurant that has so many regulars.

Great coffee, service and yummy breakfast. Anything from eggs and bagels to yogurt and granola. The pancakes are great. Also very affordable, check it out!
Uncommonly yummy breakfast food and coffee. Uncommonly good service as well. Definitely get the omelets and French toast.
Uncommon Ground is terrrrriiiifffic!. This is, by far, the best place for breakfast or lunch around. I am a breakfast guru – I expect great food, good prices and friendly service and that’s what I get everytime at UG. If you want the best you sometimes have to wait for it – there may be s short wait (10-15 minutes) during the busy breakfast hours (10-noon) but, believe me, the it’s worth it. You are insane to go anywhere else. The place is clean, bright, and well-kept. You won’t find a comparable place anywhere else in Watertown or the local vicinity.
