You choose your beef and how you want it cooked then choose your burger. Choice of beef are Angus Beef, Pineland Farms Natural Beef, Hardwick Grass Fed beef and the Tender Bison. We chose the Angus beef for both our burgers. The Rio Grande comes with fresh green chilies and cheddar cheese. A beautiful mix with a very succulent Angus beef patty. The Conestoga came with fresh lettuce and thousand island dressing. We washed our burgers down with fresh lemonade and the tastiest crunchiest sweet potato fries. Two burgers, one large fries and two lemonades for 30$.No frills restaurant just excellent burgers. You order at the counter. Take a number and find a table or booth. It was busy for 3pm on a Saturday but we still found a booth. Food came on time and freshly made. Friendly helpful staff. Theres a Gluten Free menu available as well.
