  went with my family on Sunday to have a family breakfast in maugus , took more than 10 mins until the waitress came to take our beverage order and give us menus , after another 15 mins she finally took our order , after more than 30 mins we got our 1st omelet that was warm after another 10 mins we got another 2 omelets that were also warm and after another 10 mins we got our final dish pancakes that was cold so by this time we received all the food but nothing hot all the warm became cold , while waiting we asked many times for coffee refills but in vain .. worst restaurant experience .. never going back

  I wish there were no stars at all , it wouldn’t even be enough for this awful place , my wife & I were in Wellesley , looked for a place to get a bite to eat so we went to this s*** hole for the first & last time in our life , we found piles & piles of dishes every where even though there were a lot of employees , finally we decided to sit on a table until someone clears it , we waited there for at least 20 mins until a little girl came we thought she was the bus person, but she was the waitress who knew nothing about the menu or operation hours then we decided to make our order as simple as possible. At that point we were hungry & we just wanted to eat , we waited for a whole hour after placing our order to get cold & stale food .. while waiting for our food we looked around exploring the place to find an old waitress i really hope she’s not the owner, but my gut is telling me she was the owner. She was saving all food that could be resold without the customer noticing the difference , like yogurt , dressings , soups .. etc we felt like we were really trapped but was too late. Good thing we didn’t order any of these items,.. I WOULD REALLY APPRECIATE IT IF THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT CAN LOOK INTO THAT AND POTENTIALLY CLOSE IT DOWN AS ITS SO BAD FOR CUSTOMERS. NEVER TO MENTION THERE WERE MANY FAMILIES WITH KIDS… EXTERMELY DISGUSTED AND WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN.

  The service at this place was hilarious the water was so cool and I have to say the food was ok the pancakes were a little under cooked and I found a random bluberry in it. Must of slipped in the batter. Love always bellesyboo
