The Better Roslindale Option. The place is cute, as casual if you want but also elegant, with friendly service, a fairly interesting menu and good food. Nothing is amazing or foodie-level innovative, but the experience is overall quite good. oversharielle.com
Good food horrible service. The menu is limited and lacks the seasonal changes that most restaurants do. The nightly specials are decent. I would steer away from the pizzas. My husband loves paella he has gotten it a few times and it’s never tasted the same.
Excellent. Love this place! Feels like a cafe off the streets of Italy. The food is fantastic…try the mediterranean chicken
Not good. What a disappointment. Nice place to sit, but that’s it. Ordered a margarita (not good in any respect), a carafe of wine (not bad), a pizza (bad and greasy cheese, overly sweet caramelized onions, tasteless and overly cheesy crust), and paella (badly overcooked, dominated by tomato not saffron as promised, charred chorizo, crunchy rice from too long cooking, clams and mussels tiny little bits inside the big shells, which in the case of mussels were crumbling presumably due to too much cooking, pretty good squid and shrimp. Took 35 minutes from ordering to getting food. Certainly won’t be back.
Highly recommend! Best to go on a Saturday night or Sunday as they buy from the Farmer’s Market on Saturday morn and all the veggies are crunchy goodness. I had the sirloin last time I visited. Superb! It’s one of the most popular places in the area so expect it to be busy!
Sophia’s spotty service ambience. We dined there the other day, and while the food was decent, the staff is unfriendly and the tables are jammed together. While we were eating the waitress taking the order from the next table had here butt practically on out meals. I need some space and would it kill them to be slightly friendly?
