Fresh Tasting Italian. I used to work at Olive Garden, and compared to their menu, Bertucci’s offers a lot more healthier and fresh tasting dishes. My cousins introduced me to the sporkie pizza which is topped with sweet Italian sausage and dollops of ricotta cheese over their tomato sauce and melted mozzarella. I love brick oven pizza, I’m also picky when it comes to pizza, in fact my friends call me a pizza snob, but I give this sporkie pie my stamp of approval. :)I went back again a few weeks later with my boyfriend and we ordered the antipasto sampler appetizer. It comes with fried mozzarella, meatballs, and chicken wings. The meatballs were perfect, and my favorite of the trio. You can’t really screw up on fried mozzarella so those were good too, and the wings in my opinion could have been better. They came out to us cold and the flavors didn’t appeal to me, though my boyfriend enjoyed them. My later ordered the frutti do mare for his entree which is just a tomato based stew with mussels, shrimp, and cod served with two pieces of crusty bread. The portion was decent, and seafood fresh. He said he liked it and would order it again. I ordered the chicken domani which was delicious. The chicken was thin, crisp on the outside but still juicy on the inside, and the sauce was creamy, but still light from the acidity of the white wine. I would also order this again.Lastly the waitstaff were friendly, but seemed a bit disorganized and flustered by the high volume during dinner rush. We had remind our waitress a couple times for napkins and a plate for our 2 year old, our drinks also took longer than usual to be refilled. It was our first time at W. Springfield Bertucci’s so I won’t hold it agains them, especially since our food was so satisfyingly good.

Food was just ok , nothing outstanding. Server got the order wrong and the kids food was late because. They dropped it on the floor… But they took the kids order off the bill.
Amazing Pizza. Simply simply amazing. Authentic wood-fired oven to make it just the way it always was at home.
