Just once. We’ve only been there once…too too pricey (and I have NO problem spending $$ on good food) and the food is barely average. Very disappointed at our visit, was hoping for better. Luke warm meals, bland tasting and a wait staff that NEEDS training!
Server seemed disinterested and not excited about the menu. Ordered coconut shrimp. For $11 you get three medium sized shrimp butterflied with mango chutney that wasn’t anything special. I also ordered wings with sauce in the side. Of course the sauce didn’t come on the side. We ate them anyway and they were decent but again not anything special. We shared the beer battered fish and chips which we were so excited about but it was so disappointing. The batter fell apart much too easily and wasn’t crisp. And the fries were mediocre and you didn’t even get that many fries. If you’re going to serve a mediocre product at least try to make up for it with quantity… We were so disappointed with our experience. We had heard so many good things about this place so we were surprised at how bad everything was.
Decent food and atmosphere, nothing special & not worth the price. For the money youre spending you can get the same quality elsewhere. If youre on a date, save the $100 bill and check out somewhere else.
Not from around here. Stoped in got a new York strip and a beer. It was cook perfectly and the sides were good as well. Veg was very flavorful.
They need a new chef. Cal’s used to be good. Not anymore! I gave them a second chance but now they are consistently bad rather than good.
Varied menu, food just ok, service kind of slow.
