Terrible customer service from the owner. I was invited to attend a birthday party there. There was going to 50 of us eating and buying drinks. The owner calls LESS THAN 48 hours Before the party to tell us the party would have to be cut short because they double booked the room. He then went on to say the parents ( it was a kids party) would not be allowed to order food in the dining room during the party. Rude and arrogant. Not only did he lose the booking. He lost business from a huge family and all of our friends.

Two thumbs up…. Just moved to the W. Springfield area from CT where I was used to excellent pizza like Pepe’s, Napoli, and Wooster St. and I must say this is right up there with all of them. Excellent crispy crust, fresh toppings, exquisite sauce. A+. Also try their chicken cutlet with lettuce, tomato, and cheese….Phenomenal!
Sorrentos. This restaurant is worth going to. I go there all the time.they have the best chicken francaise and buffalo wings!! They deliver too!
I probably have ate everything on the menu and I have liked everything. All of their food is fresh and it is a nice atmosphere. I highly reccomend Sorrentos.
