  This place mostly serves standard Americanized Chinese food with a few traditional Chinese dishes here and there in the menu. However, the food they serve is prepared well. The trick is to actually dine in rather than do take out. The veggies are fresh, the sauces are bold and not overly oily, and the proteins (beef, chick, shrimp) are always tender and not dry.

  When China Sky first opened they had a nice dinner party for some guests. The food was high quality and tasty. The restaurant is clean and very modern looking. However in the past couple of year I found the food quality to be much less than they use to have from the first few years they were open. Now I see them as a nice looking okay and expensive Chinese Restaurant. Still a good meal, but a bit more money than most Chinese places.

  Excellent but pricey. My family and I have been here at least 10 times and ordered out at least twice that much.The Chinese food is excellent and seemingly freshly made. We have not been dissappointed with any of the food and the service is usually excellent. Sometimes it gets so busy the waiters can get forgetfull. If you order Chinese and Japanese be prepared to get you food at different times since the sushi chef can get overwhelmed.I agree that the sushi is expensive compared even to the best sushi restaurants, however the fish quality is excellent. A la carte is very expensive, but if you get the combinations it is a little easier to swallow the price.This place filled a need in Winchester for a good family restaurant.
