Good pizza option for worcester which has very limited food options. The sitting area is small but since the city isnt extremely crowded, it can work just fine on a busy day.
This place does not deserve any stars. I just placed an order for delivery and the order was incorrect. Called and the owner (Steve) came to delivery it yelling at me for not ordering correctly then walked out of my office slamming the door. Very ignorant and unprofessional. I will be leaving bad reviews everywhere I can. Beware if you order from here you might get yelled at!!!
Terrible service. There are many other places to get takeout or even pizza from in Worcester, Manager is VERY unprofessional and rude, they act like they are doing you a favor when taking your order, very rude and only want your money, not interested in customer satisfaction, probably why they have lost so much business, never again
The worst. Horrible customer service. Very unprofessional. Ordered a pie and 24 wings, when it arrived i had received only 14 wings. I called the place up and they were down right rude. Instead of just sending me my proper order they demanded that I not eat any of the food while I wait for them to remake the order. When I told them I didn’t want to wait and wanted my money back., they refused to give me cash back and the manager hung up on me. I finally had to go down there and demand a refund and after about ten minutes arguing with them I finally got my money back and banned from the store. These people are terrible and do not deserve your money. If you want good pizza in worcester may I suggest Caio Bella or the Boynton instead.
Awesome pizza, and better than most mom and pop places.
