Decent Food & Prices, Very Polite, Attentive Server. I hadn’t been to Dalat in years and wanted to compare it to the other Vietnamese restaurants I frequent. The on-street parking on Park Ave. can be quite difficult so be ready to do a little circling or walking. The dcor was plain but clean. I used the restroom and it was about the same cleanliness as other Asian restaurants; they don’t put the same emphasis on this as mainstream American restaurants. My server (male) was very nice, polite and attentive. He stood out more than the food. I had the Fresh Summer Rolls and Pho (#23, small). The summer rolls were good, a larger than usual serving of 4 (more commonly 2). The dipping sauce was a little weak tasting and thinner than usual so it didn’t really stay on the roll. The Pho had a good amount of meat, tendon and tripe along with the noodles. Unfortunately, the broth wasn’t defatted and was salty. The prices are decent so, if this restaurant meets your preferences, it’s easy on the budget. For my tastes, I haven’t found better than Pho Dakao in the Worcester area.

Dalat is great value, I’ve eaten there a lot because I live locally.. The service can be a bit slow but the food is good and the prices are reasonable.
