Do yourself a favor and run away from this place!!. This particular Dunkin Donuts and the other one located at 263 Grafton Street are the ones I frequented daily, at least four times a day, for many years. I finally got fed up with the major incompetence and rotten attitude I got there. Out of five coffees, you’d be lucky if four were what you ordered, and it didn’t matter what time of day it was or how many people were in line. Many times I’d be the only one there and they still wouldn’t get it right. These aren’t the only two in Worcester that I’ve had problems with. It seems that no matter which one you go to it’s the same.I finally smartened up and now go to Honey Dew Donuts located at 851 Grafton Street. Service with a smile and they get to know their regular customers. Stop the insanity!! Boycott Dunkin Donuts!!
