Not regular customers anymore. We used to be regular at this place and loved the employee that handled the store in the past. Today, we came around 9:15 PM with two little kids for a quick cup of tea. First, we asked the salesclerk (who was the owner) what time the store closed, he replied in 20 minutes, which was not true, the store actually closed at 10:00 PM on Saturdays. Then the owner was rude while processing the order. His tone of voice and overall pasture pointed to being annoyed with us as customers. When we sat at out table, the 3 year old moved a chair with scratching noise. The owner immediately proceeded to tell us that it is annoying and he does not want to hear it again. The kid actually moved the chair again a couple of times, and the owners asked us to leave. Interestingly, the group of laud speaking men seating at the other table without any apparent orders did not appear to annoy the owner of this terrible establishment. From the business perspective, this place ONLY exists due to complete lack of competition on the major trade-route Shrewsburry Street in Worcester, not counting a DD and MCD down the street. There are many restaurants but not a coffee shop. For us, there is not a coffee shop either. We are not coming back!
