Hello Everyone! Welcome to Kummerspeck! We are a restaurant, delicatessen, and butcher shop located on Water street in Worcester. We will be serving lunch and dinner with a variety of comfort driven cuisine and a focus on house made charcuterie and sausages. While we offer German inspired food, we are not a German restaurant. We find comfort food from all over the world and add our own flair. Our cozy bar will feature fine wines and beers as well as lovely amaro cocktails. The delicatessen and butcher shop will offer a range different deli meats, steaks, chops, sausages, pate, and cheeses. We focus on whole animal butchery and have great relationships with local farmers to ensure we provide our customers with quality product. We also sell house made pickles and even have bone broth made from local beef bones.
