Want a place to get a good sandwich, look no further. They aren’t pricey, they can really make a good sandwich, and the service is always fast and friendly. I’d recommend either one of their chicken sandwiches or the pastrami. Though frankly, there’s something for everyone. I’d stay away from the wings, they’re not bad but if you want wings there are better places nearby. Also get a side of fries some of the best fries all around.
Dee-Lish!. We are a party of two on a scorching Worcester night looking not to cook. Let me tell you, this establishment didn’t get a 97% ranking for nothing! We followed the lead of other reviewers and ordered the large roast beef sandwich on a soft roll with our respective fixings. Mine was with horseradish, mayo, lettuce and provolone. The place is immaculate, the help is polite and helpful sans attitude, and dare I say, well, a little older. The sandwiches were HEAVY! Tons of thinly carved pink tender roast beef floating in layer after layer in my sammy. Pure heaven in every bite. We have a new destination for take out or sit in. Plenty of clean dining in a nice cafeteria feeling side room with the walls lined with sports & old Worcester photographs. My hubby saw the LARGE, home made brownies and cookies right away. No room for those tonight. But I am dreaming of one of the 1-1/2 inch thick x 4 inch square chocolate brownies. Just dreaming…with the white chocolate chunks. :-0
NERB is KING. I only go for the Roast Beef but they offer wings and deli sandwiches too. The monster Roast Beef sandwiches overflow with meat but they are proportional to the prices, $7 for the X-Large (only way to go), but they taste to bomb that they are well worth it. Get some slaw, fries, a coke and a pickle to go with it and you will immediately have a go to destination in Worcester for the rest of your life.Easily 5 of 5
Very juicy sandwitches
