It’s not only the food. It was very disorganized, we had to ask to be served several times, very limited kinds of meat on a Saturday. Everyone was nice but won’t return. Overpriced for what we were served.

Great place!! Food is fantastic, service is okay although they were short staffed. 23 bucks for all you can eat. 8 bucks per pound is another option. Only complaint was at the end of our meal my son noticed a mouse running across the floor. Great other than that.

Definitely worth a try!. We weren’t sure what to expect with Pampas Churrascaria. What we discovered was a fine restaurant with an excellent selection of meats and an extensive buffet. We tried a little of everything which we purchased by the pound. We asked the hostess for an explanation of pricing. We were there for dinner and chose the per pound option at $7.99/lb. The all you can eat is $18.99. None of us could have eaten enough to justify the all you can eat price. My plate weighed in at 1.45 lbs and my boyfriends was 1.43lbs. I couldn’t finish mine. As for selection of items, it was extensive. The meats included sausage (awesome and my favorite), roast sirloin, sirloin wrapped in bacon, chicken wrapped in bacon and ribs. There was more but I could only try so many things. The buffet was also extensive and included many unique dishes, as well as, the standard salad stuff. The only criticism I could have about the buffet is that I found some items on the salty side. Dishes included a pasta and chicken dish, a rice and chicken dish, a cold grilled eggplant, beans, black beans w/ meat, coleslaw, potato salad and much more. All in all I want to say there was about 10-12 unique items and then the salad items. When we called to ask the hours we were informed the restaurant is BYOB. It was very nice of them to offer that information. When we arrived, the service continued to be outstanding. Our hostess/server was pleasant, informative, prompt and very helpful. The atmosphere and decor were fine. It’s not a fancy place and it doesn’t need to be. All I ever ask is that a place be clean and it was. BTW…the Brazillian Ginger Ale is interesting. Sweeter than regular but still very interesting. Give it a try. I was happy we gave them a try and look forward to returning. Thanks for a great dining experience.

Update. Went back to give it a second chance. Strangely enough, the woman hosting informs me they do offer by weight prices. What this means is, you go through the buffet and pick what you want, than go to the grill and pick the meats you want. You than go to the front and weigh your plate. The price is $7.99 / lb. So you pay based on the quantity you eat.Even though I have had less expensive brazilian ($5.99/lb), for the quality this is not bad and worth going to.04 Mar, 2011Went here for lunch and enjoyed the food. However, it was expensive $21.50. Having been to many other Brazilian restaurants who weigh your plate, Pampas is too expensive. For dinner it would ne fine, but not for lunch. I must say the food was very good and the meats were cooked just right. If Pampas would just change the lunch price to the weight system most other Brazilian restaurants do, this would be a great lunch spot.
