Pomir Grill. Is it still in operation? It always seems closed. I would love to try it. I have been to Afghan restaurants in Philadelphia and love the food. Can some people tell me if it’s open?
Spice of life. From the complimentary bread and delectable chutneys and hot Afghan tea to the wonderful assortment of vegetarian and meaty dishes and sweetly generous deserts, I loved my meal start to finish. The chicken kebab with Brown rice, blended with a sweet and savory mixture of raisins and pungent spices as well as a nest of fresh vegetables is simple but unmatched. Their almond cake is large, sweet, and a fair match for its finest Italian analogue. I loved Pomir at the fall Garlic and Arts festival and still do.Service was friendly and prompt if not easy and unhurried. Ill be back.
