Disappointing. My daughter and I were attending a stage show at the Hanover Theater so we decided to grab dinner before the show. We were greeted by the hostess and seated right away. Twenty minutes passed before we were even acknowledged and it was by one of the service workers (not a waitstaff). We ended up having time only for soup and salad (the soup was so salty I needed three glasses of water to wash it down). Even after telling the staff we were going to the show it took way too long to get us out of there. Would not go there again.
Service is Great!. Went there with my family and had the best service in a while. My favorite was the salads and dressing to die for. I would tell more people to try it out. The waiter kept coming back to see if we needed anything. He was happy from A to B.
Very Suprised. This little nugget of a place was hidden in Worcester right near my moms place. So I brought my 77 year mother along. She had the seafood dish, she loves shrimp and had said it was the best shes had in a long while. Im a pizza guy so I had the special pie with garlic. It was so big I had to take the rest home. But it is very good tasting to say the least. The service was great it was the owner of the place and he was very polite to us. We will be coming back here.
Very dissapointed. Recently had lunch at Viva. It used to be one of my favorite places to eat. Unfortunately it no longer is. The wait staff were relatively indifferent. The meal was inedible. i ordered a lemon chicken dish with capers and pasta. The capers and lemon were so overwhelming that could not eat it. when i expressed this to my waiter he did apologize ( somewhat reluctantly) and brought me a second dish with no capers. Unfortunately they chose to add additional lemon to the dish and it was once again unpalatable. I don’t understand how any chef could send a dish like that out. I would strongly recommend that the chef taste his offerings before the guests do.
This was one of the worst dining experiences Ive ever had. My boyfriend got the chicken Parm and he said he’s had better meals from a gas station, I got the spinach ravollis and they were still frozen in the middle! Pricey meals and very disappointing.
Pricey but good. Good menu variety and food quality. A little on the expensive side for me, but the food has always been good.
High End Italian. This is one of my all-time favorite restaurants for multiple reasons, but definitely my favorite in downtown Worcester. The place is huge inside, and I can’t get enough of any pasta dish they make with lobster involved. I swear they are the best with dishes like lobster ravioli, but any special I’ve had with lobster has been awesome.
