Really?. I went there with a person who used to be a resident of Adrian and she had heard that it was THE place to go for Mexican in Adrian.Boy were the people who told her that wrong! If you want the best Mexican in Adrian go to Mario’s. I started out with a Margarita and it was decent with a good amount of liquor, in spite of the fact that they used bottled sour mix instead of real lime juice. From there it was all down hill. We ordered the Green Cheese Dip with nachos because it is one of their specialties and the waitress recommended it as one of their favorite dishes. It was neither green or cheese. The most tasteless cheese dip I ever tasted. Yellow colored corn starch dip would more aptly describe it. We ordered 2 meals that were equally bad.Having a taste for Mexican, we went to Mario’s the next day and what a difference. Everything was great including the cheese dip and meals. Mario’s is the best in Adrian! don’t waste your time at El Chapulin.
