Bad experience. Well, I just cancelled our cake order. Very rude and disrespectful staff. I was actually hung up on. We live in Almont and feel strongly about helping the local businesses, so we decided to get a birthday cake from them. Very upsetting how our order was handled. We will no longer be using them. I should’ve listened to the other locals and avoided them all together.
Cake Order. Ordered a cake for my son’s first birthday. There was a mistake and when I took it back to have it corrected the male owner (I don’t know his name) was so rude and disrespectful to me that I will never go back. It is unfortunate because the cake was delicious but the customer service was horrible. It’s not right to mistreat your customers especially when your company was at fault.
