I’ve driven or walked by this place for over a decade, and never went in. It’s not a very good location downtown, but it’s been there ever since. Tried 2 gyros today, and the lamb/beef meat was cooked to perfection. The gyros had generous portions of meat too. Very flavorful and the meat was actually crisp on the surface. Will definitely not be ignoring this place again.
Great Food Bad Customer Service. I go to the one off stone school which has excellent customer service and great food. I have been going there for years and enjoy the service and food. But every time I order from the downtown location they either mess up my order or they’re aggressive over the phone. The deliver man looks like he wants to rob you and it’s not the most pleasurable experience. In general Ahmo’s has fair prices and good food. But I will never be ordering from the downtown branch again, my experiences with them aren’t the best.

Authentic food for cheap. Very good for lunch. U could easily walk on a nice day from hospital (UM) to this place for lunch.
