Bennys is the greatest restaurant to ever exist.
Sweet. I always want food to be healthier at restaurants in general… But you have to conform to what the (fat and/or chemically imbalanced) people want. Waitresses are sweet but seem a little rude to the cooks.This place is cozy and well-loved by many. Love the family vibe.
Outstanding. The experience was amazing. The food was awesome, the service was quick and the waitresses were very friendly. Best place in town. Guaranteed. It is my new favorite place. You have to check it out!
I’m pretty sure the waitress’ rudeness was NOT some retro motif but actual irritation that we arrived 20 mins before closing and — gasp! — expected her to still have soup. She dropped dishes on the table in a huff, was argumentative about the salad dressing and all-around obnoxious. Spinach pie was meh, gyro platter tasty. The place is a dumpy diner. Cheap tho.
