Excellent pizza. I had a white anchovie pizza with olive oil. Incredible. Just like overseasKids loved their pizzas tooWait staff kind of sucks though. They forgot the gelato for the kids and were annoyed when reminded. Then they forgot to bring the check. Need a bit more brain cells and a bit fewer tats and then they got it

I was very underwhelmed with Bigalora. The wood fired Brussels sprouts and risotto balls were flavorless, and the pizza wasn’t much better. They should keep in mind that using a wood fired oven doesn’t magically transform blah food into something special. Go to Mani Osteria or Cellar 849 instead and you’ll have a much better meal.

The best. Sadly the secret is out and the place is getting busy. Their Truffle pasta is amazing as are all of their dishes. It was great when nobody knew about the place. Now I have to make reservations. Darn.

Bigalora is Super!. Tonight after much anticipation we had dinner at Bigalora in Ann Arbor Hills mall. The atmosphere is excellent with a good crowd for a Thursday snowy night. The staff were very professional and as soon as we were seated which was immediate, our server brought great warm bread with olive oil and a bottle of water and took our orders right away. My 6 y.o. had the cheese pizza from their kids menu along with lemonade and at the end she got a big scoop of gelato all for a reasonable price of $7. My wife and I ordered the minestrone soup which came up so quick we were most delighted in such a cold winter night to have a homemade warm soup right away. Our pizzas also came very quickly after we finished our soup and they were both wonderful. Well cooked with the best tasting sauce and toppings we have had outside of Italy. I ordered my all time favorite anchovy pizza which I usually can not get anywhere else and I am the only one in the family that likes it. My wife had the all veggie pizza with zucchini and lots of other good toppings. Overall our experience was super and our visit exceeded our tough expectations. We will be a regular at Bigalora for sure.

Fast brick oven pizza, like 90 seconds. Excellent drinks. Great staff.
