Healthy and tasty.. This is located next to and is part of the People’s Food Co-op.They have a salad and hot bar, and sandwiches pre-made. Their salad bar always has nice lettuce and veggies, marinated tofu, hummous, and usually 2 bean or bulghur salads. The hot bar has brown rice, sauteed greens, and a dish like enchiladas, lasagna…They also have really nice soups, always a vegetarian option. My MIL swears by their chicken noodle soup as a health restorative.Their sandwiches are good. I only wish they had their sandwiches fillings available in the salad bar.With all this said, it is not cheap.
